Ayurveda: Embracing the Ancient Science of Life
Ayurveda, often referred to as the “Science of Life,” is an ancient holistic healing system that originated in India over 5,000 years ago. Rooted in the understanding of the balance between mind, body, and spirit, Ayurveda emphasizes natural living, preventive care, and individualized treatment approaches to maintain health and well-being.
